he very beginning of planning to the very last moment of the wedding, Alex was absolutely incredible. She was calm, organized, kind, attentive, and always one step ahead. She took care of every little detail and allowed us to truly be present, enjoy our family, and soak in every single moment of such a special day. Madeline and Graham’s wedding was beautiful, joyful, and everything we had hoped and prayed for. As the mother of the bride, I will forever be grateful to Alex for helping make this day so seamless and unforgettable. Alex, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You helped give our family a day we will treasure forever. We cannot recommend you and The Springs Weatherford enough!

ad us feeling prepared and confident on wedding day!! Lindsay was the most amazing coordinator as she was steady, hardworking, and selfless. She went through the lengths to make sure that the day was everything that we had dreamed of and had incredible attention to detail that made the smallest things pull together for a beautiful day!! We worked with the catering, bar services, and DJ (Kyle) from the venue as well and they were absolutely fabulous. I could not recommend the Springs team enough as we had the most wonderful day!!

Everyone at The Springs has been so kind and so incredibly helpful. Hands down 10/10 would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! Our coordinator, Lindsay Lemons was the absolute best! She was so attentive and so detail oriented. She knew exactly what was needed and when it was needed, keeping the day stress free. Every single question I had, she had a solution! Side note: Lindsay kept us filled with food and all of our alcohol fixes all night long! Lindsay is the absolute best, most kind, and detailed coordinator!! 1000% book this venue!! 

and more. it set the perfect backdrop for our day and made everything feel so special. everything was seamless from start to finish, and that’s completely because of the incredible people behind the scenes. addie sarafi and her assistant kristen were absolutely phenomenal. they were so attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about every detail. addie consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process, including all of our meetings leading up to the wedding, and made everything feel so easy and well thought out. on the day of, she was just as incredible—handling everything behind the scenes while also making sure our wants and needs as a bride and groom were taken care of throughout the entire day and night. she truly made my life so much easier, and i never once felt stressed knowing she had everything handled. i truly couldn’t have done this without her. dj tasha was amazing and kept the party going all night. she read the room so well and made sure the dance floor stayed full, which was exactly what we wanted. her positive energy throughout the entire day was incredible and made such a difference in the overall atmosphere. we also used corn and rye for bar service, and they were fantastic. the drinks were so good, and they kept up with our very thirsty crowd without ever running out (which still impresses me). overall, our wedding day felt so easy to be present in, fun, and incredibly well executed. since the wedding, we’ve had so many family and friends reach out to say how incredible everything was—especially our vendors. we truly couldn’t have done it without this team and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

breathtaking—elegant, romantic, and gorgeous in every way. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to say “I do.” We chose to use The Springs’ vendor package, and we could not be happier with that decision. Every vendor included was professional, talented, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Our wedding coordinator, Addie Saafi, was phenomenal. From the very beginning, she was patient, attentive, and always available—answering every call or text leading up to the big day. She made the entire planning process feel stress‑free and seamless, and on the wedding day everything ran perfectly thanks to her. DJ Tasha kept the energy high all night long and had everyone on the dance floor. She did an amazing job reading the room and making sure the party never slowed down. Our florals were done by Robin with B. Blumen Flower Farm, and they were absolutely stunning. I loved her energy and enthusiasm—you can truly tell she has a deep passion for what she does, and it shows in her beautiful work. For cocktail hour, we had an open bar along with appetizers including chips and queso and Swedish meatballs, which our guests loved. Dinner consisted of chicken parmigiana and chicken alfredo, and the food was delicious—so many of our guests raved about it. The bar service by Corn and Rye was excellent as well. While I didn’t catch the bartenders’ names, they were incredibly friendly and kept the drinks flowing all night. Our photography experience was also amazing. We worked with Lorena Burns Photography, and I could not be happier. The same photographer who did my bridal portraits also photographed our wedding, and my bridal portraits were so special—I absolutely loved them. While we haven’t received our wedding photos yet, I trust they will be just as beautiful, and I am so excited to see them! Overall, we could not be more grateful for our experience at The Springs – Weatherford. Every detail was handled with care, and every vendor played a role in making our wedding day unforgettable. She handled every detail with grace and precision, from organizing vendors to managing the timeline to gently guiding our wedding party. Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry. What I appreciated most was Ana’s warmth and reassuring presence. She was everywhere she needed to be, exactly when she needed to be there, always with a smile and a solution. Even the smallest hiccups were handled so seamlessly that we didn’t even know they happened until after the wedding! Our day was beautiful, smooth, and stress-free—and we owe so much of that to Ana. rings was truly the best decision and the biggest contributing factor to our day running so smoothly.  -We couldn’t have loved our coordinator Lindsay Lemons more! She was always one step ahead of us, meeting every need we had before we even knew what we needed, and was just the sweetest! Her organization and initiative made the entire process so easy, which made the entire day so carefree and fun for us! -Robin and B Blumen Florals made the already beautiful venue come to life and executed our vision even beyond our expectation. We loved her energy and couldn’t be happier with our results! -Corey Davis our DJ with The Springs was incredible with keeping the vibes high and setting the mood for our entire night. He was great at reading the room and playing exactly what kept the dance floor packed.  -We didn’t catch the names of our bartenders unfortunately from Corn and Rye with The Springs, but they were wonderful! They kept lines short, kept up with our guests high demands, and delivered exactly what we were hoping for!  -We chose the fajitas for dinner and the food was delicious! We even got to have our private dinner on the balcony (thanks to Lindsay for the idea and for setting everything up!) during cocktail hour, and we couldn’t have been happier with the food! -Jill, our venue attendant, was incredibly kind and helpful! Everything ran very smoothly thanks to her help!  To everyone else who helped that we didn’t catch their name, we appreciated you so much too! But we absolutely couldn’t be happier with The Springs Weatherford and are so grateful for how special they made our day!
